By using NutrifyMI, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
NutrifyMI is an AI-powered nutrition tracking application. We provide estimated nutritional information based on advanced AI analysis. All data is approximate and should not be considered certified dietary advice.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials. Must provide accurate information. May not create accounts for others or transfer your account.
3. Acceptable Use
Personal nutrition tracking only. No reverse-engineering, automated access, illegal content, or circumventing limits.
4. Subscription & Payments
Free tier and paid Pro subscription available. Auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal. Refunds per app store policies.
5. Rewards Programme
Rewards available to Pro subscribers only, subject to availability. We may modify tiers/XP with 30 days' notice. Fraudulent activity results in account termination and forfeiture of rewards.
6. Intellectual Property
All content owned by us. You retain photo ownership but grant us limited licence for nutritional analysis.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nutritional estimates only. Not liable for health decisions. Total liability limited to amount paid in preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend/terminate for violations. You may terminate anytime through app settings.
9. Governing Law
Governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
